Robert Hidalgo, 85, a resident of Albuquerque since 1966, died Friday, January 22, 2010. He is survived by his son Robert L. Hidalgo and wife, Sandi of Albuquerque; one step-daughter, Mary Ann Johnson of Atlanta; three grandchildren, Kevin Zigler, and Kiera and Rita Hidalgo. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was retired from the United States Air Force, and the United States Postal Service. A memorial service will be held for Robert at a later date at French~Westside Chapel with Interment at Santa Fe National Cemetery with full military honors.
