Ruth S. Gallacher, 90, a resident of Albuquerque for 73 years passed away in a local hospital on Monday, January 18, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted S. Gallacher. She is survived by two daughters, Jo-Ann Chen and friend Bill Boettcher of Albuquerque, and Leigh Wilson and husband Michael of Denver; two grandchildren, Bianca Le Mouel and husband Christophe Le Mouel of Los Angeles, and Chris Chen of San Diego. Private cremation services have taken place at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 1100 Coal SE. A private memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the All Faiths Receiving Home, 1709 Moon Street NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112.
