James H. Skelton, 83, long time resident of Albuquerque, passed away January 16, 2010. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 60 years Porfie; son, Michael Skelton; sister, Peggy Murphy and husband Ted of South Carolina; nephews, David Mc Daniels of Northpost, AL and Steve Murphy of Tuscaloosa, AL; sisters-in-law, Susie Rivera, Cordelia Lopez and husband Alex, Josie Cross and husband Dale, Tommy Barreras of California, Claudine Jaramillo, Belen Maestas of Espanola, Isabel Maestas of San Juan Pueblo, and Mary Maestas of Medanales. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University location, on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Burial will take place on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Manuel Aragon, Enrique Gomez, Joe Garcia, Dan Dollahon, Tony Chacon, and Allen Crim.
