Lillian Vicary-Foncanon, 96, passed away on January 7, 2010. She was born September 8, 1913 in Cohoes, New York, to Fabolia and Joseph Parent. Lillian is survived by her children, Dr. William T. Vicary, of Los Angeles, CA, and Jeannette Bodnar and her husband Thomas, of Peralta, NM; two grandchildren, Natasha Banghart and Nick Bodnar; three great-grandchildren, Sonya Banghart, Dominic Banghart, and Skylie Banghart. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Dr. William H. Vicary, of almost 20 years and Howard Foncanon. Lillian was a resident of Albuquerque since 1951. She was a Registered Nurse, and member of Our Lady of the Assumption. Lillian loved to play bridge and to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in her honor to Casa Angelica (505) 877-5763. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, January 11, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd NE, with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
