Carmen G. Roybal, 72, a resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away Thursday, January 7, 2010. Ms. Roybal is survived by her children, Mary Clair Roybal, Linda Torrez, Robert Roybal and wife, Gloria, Joe Roybal, Carol Trujillo and husband, Max, Melissa Roybal; sisters, Frances Abeyta, Mary Salas and husband, Ray, Rose Espinosa, Carmen Jaramillo and husband, Henry, Wilma Roybal; brother, Victor Coca and wife, Melinda, eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ms. Roybal was preceded in by her mother, Flora Maestas. Ms. Roybal was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation will be Sunday, January 10, 2010, in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 5:30 p. m. until 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary to recited at 6:00 p.m. by Rosie Chavez. Final visitation will be Monday, January 11, 2010, at St. Therese of the Little Flower Catholic Church, 300 Mildred Ave. NW, from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 1:00 p.m., Father Vincent Paul Chavez, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers are her six grandsons, Michael Torrez, Daniel Torrez, Max Trujillo Jr., Robert Roybal Jr., Anthony Pacheco and Jacob Pacheco.
