Karen Plouff Konrath, 61, long time resident of Albuquerque, former resident of Seattle, WA, passed away on January 3, 2010. She is survived by her mother, Marie Plouff; siblings, sister, Kathleen Dickinson and husband Michael; brother, Kurt Plouff and wife Dianne; sister, Kristine Turner and husband Doug; nieces and nephews, Eric Plouff his wife Shelli and their children Brandon and Megan, Julia MacKay her husband Eric and their children Jason and Shauna, Michelle Brooks her husband Dustin and their daughter Haylee, Michael Plouff his wife Christina and their son Michael Jr., and Gretchen Maneval - Haber her husband Eric and their son Sebastian. Karen graduated from Sandia High School in 1967 with and academic scholarship to UNM. She graduated from UNM in 1971. During her college years Karen worked for Galles Chevrolet. She went on to work for Sutton, Theron, Brown Law Firm, Hinkle and Cox and then retired from Noeding and Moody. Karen was a person with a loving heart who loved animals. Cremation has taken place.
