Juanita A. Castillo, 87, a resident of Albuquerque and formerly of Taos died January 3, 2010 in Anchorage, Alaska where she was residing with her daughter, Erma Castillo and family. She is survived by her son, David J. Castillo; daughters, Yolanda Castillo-Anaya and husband, David Anaya; Erma L. Castillo and husband, Frederic Ready Jr.; and grandchildren, Leah M. Anaya, Victoria R. Cortez, Joshua D. Anaya, Isaac Z. Cortez; and great-granddaughter, Alexis C. Cortez; brothers, Charles Archuleta and wife, Belda, Edward Archuleta and wife, Desdie, and Louis Archuleta and wife, Olda. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Albert L. Castillo; and her son, Albert B. Castillo. Services will be held Saturday, January 9, 2010, 10:00 a.m., at French - University Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
