Henry Rael passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, January 7, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Antonia Montoya Rael and Johnny Simoni, and his brother-in-law, Willie Rivera. He is survived by his mother, Helen Simoni; wife, Linda Rael; son Sebastian Rael and Andrea West; daughter, Jackie Rael and Anthony Patino; brothers, Mike Montoya and Emma, Richard Montoya and Marcy, and Charlie Simoni and Vera; sisters, Helen Rivera and Ramon Montoya, Erlinda Lopez, Angie Abeyta, Mary Jane Easterly and Dan Temest, Rosina Simoni Vargas Mike, and Pauline Vargas and Rick; as well as two grandchildren, Zenia Patino and Jadzhia Navarette. Funeral Services for Mr. Rael will be held on Friday, January 8, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Mary Pacheco, Bernadette Quintana, Reggie Quintana, "Jungy" Alfonso Manzanares, Toby Roybal, Bobby Garcia, and Francisco "Kiko" Quintana.
