Obituary for MARLOWE

Robert Charles Marlowe, age 69, of Albuquerque, went to be with our Lord, Jesus Christ, Friday, December 25, 2009. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Patricia; daughters, Wendy Green and husband Jay, Dawn Rodriguez; grandchildren, Marcus and Donovan Rodriguez, Jessica Green; great-granddaughter, JaeLynn Archuleta; sister, June Matt;and many nieces and nephews. He proudly served his country in the US Coast Guard for 22 years, where he attained the rank of Master Chief. After retirement, he continued in the telecommunications field until his final retirement. He enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandsons, working in his yard riding his lawnmower, and spending much of his time at Sandia Casino with his wife and many friends. Robert's family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all the doctors, nurses, technicians, and staff at Presbyterian Hospital, first floor Oncology Unit for all of their loving care of our husband, father and PaPa. You are deeply loved, and will be forever missed by all of your family, and friends. A funeral service will be held Sunday, January 3, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at French Westside. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, January 2, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at French with a private family interment at a later date.
