Maria Dolores De Leon, age 74 a longtime resident of Albuquerque, NM was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 5, 2009. Mrs. De Leon was preceded in death by her parents; her grandson Anthony; and numerous brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband Antonio De Leon; five children, Cordelia Gonzales and husband Sam, Fernando De Leon, Amelia Callahan and husband Joseph, Martha De Leon, Virginia De Leon and partner Mary Jane Cordova; six grandchildren, Frances, Sandra, Christopher, Jennifer, Crystal, and Lennon; one sister, Angelina; two brothers, Manuel and Anselmo, Jr.; and a host of nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at the 8th St. Chapel of Garcia Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. and Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. also on Thursday, at the 8th St. Chapel. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
