John Michael Wortman, 53, passed away Monday, November 16, 2009. He was born November 17, 2009 in Hillsdale, Michigan, a son of John Henry and Allene Gibson Wortman. Survivors include his children; Michael Ray and his wife, Casey Wortman, Schriever, LA; Trista and her husband, Ryan Hataburda, Brigham City, UT; Tyler and his wife, Leanne Wortman, Bountiful, UT; Tanner Wortman, Albuquerque; nine grandchildren; one sister; Lois Wortman-Bolinger, Tucson, AZ and his dog, Bruser. He was preceded in death by one brother; William (Bill) R. Wortman. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, November 20, 2009 at 10:30 AM at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 Guadalupe St., Santa Fe, NM.
