Anthony Kenneth Torres "Tiger", was born June 29, 1969 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He passed away Sunday, November 15, 2009 at his home in Pena Blanca, NM. Anthony will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, especially the mountains. He was a kind, caring, and loving person who was always willing to help others. Anthony always had a great respect for the elderly and those in need of assistance. He is survived by his parents, Alfred and Josie Torres; fiance, Dorothy Nieto of the family home in Pena Blanca; four children, Miquela, Jessica, Carrie and Gary Jr.; two granddaughters, Destiny and Jazlyn; three brothers, Ambrose Torres, Johnnie Torres and wife Becky; Bernie Torres and wife Rosemary; three sisters, Susan Crandell and husband Chuck, Diana Torres and EvaJean Zamora; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. A Memorial Service will be held at The Way Ministries, 213 Camino del Pueblo in Bernalillo, NM, across from Bernalillo High School, on Friday, November 20, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST.
