Antonio Salazar, 77, passed away on November 11, 2009. Having retired from the U.S. Marine Corps, he served in Korea and Vietnam. He was awarded two Purple Hearts while serving in Vietnam. He was a member of the American Legion Post 69. He is survived by three sons; one daughter; and two sisters. A Service will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on November 16, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Legion Post 69, 9000 Fourth Street NW, Alameda, NM 87114.
