Demian Thomas Rivera AKA Chewie passed away on November 3, 2009 in Nashville, Tennessee. Demian was born in Elgin, Illinois April 9, 1979. Demian graduated from Sandia High School in 1997. He is survived by his mother Jill Turner of Nashville, Tennessee; his father Ernie Rivera of Albuquerque; grandparents Macario and Victoria Rivera of Albuquerque; grandmother Linda Copsin of Rio Rancho; and grandfather Thomas Turner of Lake Zurich, Illinois as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. His extended family of friends is endless. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church at 6:00 p.m. address: 9500 Constitution Avenue NE Albuquerque, NM 87112.
