Roger Alan, 73, beloved husband, father, and grandfather was called home by his Lord on November 4, 2009. During his life, Roger "The Gentle Giant", touched the lives of many in Washington, DC and Albuquerque. A Celebration of Life service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 21, 2009 at La Mesa Presbyterian Church, Albuquerque, NM. For family and friends on the East Coast another Celebration of Life service will be held at the Church of the Savior, Washington, DC early next year. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to either the community of La Mesa Church, Albuquerque, or to the Servant Leadership School, 1640 Columbia Rd. NW, Washington, DC 20009.
