Berchie Rumbaugh Henderson, 87, born in Hurricane, W.Va., long time resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, October 21, 2009. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert W. Henderson and is survived by her sister, Noralee Bruskas of Albuquerque; brothers, Charles K. Rumbaugh and wife, Sue of Indianapolis, IN and L.E. Rumbaugh and wife, Joan of Leesburg, FL; and stepsons, Dr. William G. Henderson and wife, Carol and Robert T. Henderson and wife, Cindy, all of Albuquerque. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and served as deacon. She was active in Albuquerque Assistance League and many other community activities. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Friday, October 30, 2009, at 11:00 a.m., at the First Presbyterian Church, 215 Locust NE, with Rev. Carl Soderberg and Rev. Karen Hill officiating.
