Tana P. Gentry, age 62, a resident of Belen, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2009. She was employed by Atkinson & Kelsey Law Firm for 35 years. Tana loved doing arts and crafts and spending time with her children and her grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Sean Gentry and Michael Gentry and his wife, Kimberly; sisters, Linda Hurley of Albuquerque and Chelsea Stollard of Springfield, Missouri; grandchildren, Sean Patrick Gentry, Jr., and Hannah, Matthew Edward Gentry and Alicia, Ashley Nicole Gentry and Ryan, Rebecca Sharmaine Gentry and Daniel and Michael Joesph Jr. Gentry. Tana is also survived by her great-grandchild, Jason Dime Ussery and another expected soon. The family would like to give special thanks to her caregivers, Ashley N. Gentry, Linda Hurley, Corrine Garcia, Ezra Garringer, Jackie E. Lewis, Polly Lee and Kehneeta Whitehawk. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 6:30 p.m., followed by a rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Riverside Funeral Home of Belen. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 30, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of The Assumption Catholic Church in Albuquerque. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
