John Thomas (Tom) Gothard IV, born July 17, 1943, passed away on September 5, 2009 in Temple, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father and two nephews. He is survived by his mother, Helen Gothard; wife Patricia; daughter Carol Manning; and son John Thomas Gothard V; his granddaughter Nichole Gothard and grandsons, J T Gothard and Evan Manning; a brother, three sisters plus nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held Monday, October 19, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Church, 6901 San Antonio NE.
