Agatina M. Bonadonna, 91, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 28 years, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2009. Agatina was born February 5, 1918 the daughter of Frank and Beatrice Dilosa D'Amico in New York City, New York. She had been a member of the Italian American Association and the St. Thomas Aquinas Alter/Rosary Society of Rio Rancho. Agatina was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Bonadonna; and one son, Thomas Bonadonna. She is survived by two daughters, Grace Bonadonna and Beatrice O'Malley; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 16, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho. Following the Mass, a luncheon will be held at the Italian American Association, 1565 Stephanie Rd. SE, Rio Rancho.
