Linda M. DiRito, 51, a longtime resident of Rio Rancho, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2009. Linda was born May 18, 1958 the daughter of John and Matilda (Dee) Hippeli DiRito in New Jersey. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, she was also involved in many activities in the Rio Rancho area. She was preceded in death by her mother, Matilda (Dee) DiRito in 2006. Linda is survived by her father, John P. Di Rito of Rio Rancho; brother, Thomas J. DiRito and wife Diana of Highlands Ranch, CO; one nephew, Christopher DiRito and wife Jacque of Highlands Ranch, CO; and two nieces, Lisa M. and Laura M. DiRito both of Highlands Ranch, CO. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho with the Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho. Entombment will follow in Vista Verde Memorial Park, Floral Garden Mausoleum.
