Natasha Ruth Cuba, 35, ended her battle with depression on Friday October 2, 2009. Born September 24, 1974 in La Paz, Bolivia, she resided in Los Angeles, California, and most recently with her mom and "papi" in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Natasha was a successful Hollywood casting director. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a kind heart. She was dearly loved by her family and many friends,and will be deeply missed. Natasha spent her formative years in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she attended Manzano High School and excelled at soccer. She attended Eastern New Mexico University, with a Presidential Scholarship, and later California State University in LA where she majored in political science and Spanish. In 2008 she become an accredited mental health professional. Natasha is survived by her mother, Linda Martinez and husband Juan; sister, Carmen Cuba and husband John Brown; nephews, Roman and Carlos; brother, Rafael Vigil; father, Manuel Cuba; step-father, Ken Hjelmstad; grandmother, Norka Cuba and many aunts, uncles and cousins throughout the United States and Peru.
