Crucita Gabaldon, 90, a resident of Belen, NM, passed away on September 25, 2009. Mrs. Gabaldon is survived by her sisters, Romanita Baca and Virginia Sapien; her sister in law, Dolores Padilla; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Gabaldon is preceded in death by her husband, Margarito Gabaldon; her parents, Estanislado and Beatrice Padilla; and her brothers, Eugene Padilla, and Celso Padilla. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 29, 2009 from 11:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, Church and 10th, Belen, NM with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 12:00 p.m., Father Stephen Schultz, presider. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Leroy Baca, John Baca, Robert Sapien, Andrew Sapien, Michael Chene, and Chano Garcia.
