Wilford "Aparcio" Jaramillo, age 69, beloved brother, cousin and nephew, passed away peacefully after a long illness, Thursday, September 10, 2009. Aparcio was born October 29, 1939 in Cuba, NM and was a resident of Albuquerque. He retired from the City of Albuquerque after 25 years of service. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mariana Jaramillo. Aparcio is survived by his brother Leo Martinez and wife Joann; a special cousin, Gladys Romero and husband Julio; his aunt Celia "Sally" Romero; and numerous other relatives and friends. Aparcio will be greatly missed by all. Visitations will be Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary, where a Rosary will be recited this evening at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday at 9:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Interment will follow at San Carlos Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Rudy Romero, Mike Romero, Julio Romero, Richard Lucero, Max Martinez, and Alex Aragon.
