Eleanore "Billie", a loving wife, devoted mother, proud grandmother and great grandmother, died on August 29, 2009. Billie, a resident of Albuquerque for 37 years was originally from Lynn, MA and was a graduate of Posse School of Physical Education as a Physio-Therapist. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Jerry Addington. She leaves behind her loving children, Linda Stewart and husband Bob, Leslie Addington-Beach, Ellie Knight and husband Jim and David Addington and wife Cindy; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Billie was an Army wife who put family first and foremost by providing a loving home and nurturing care while meeting the challenges of 21 moves in 28 years. She held numerous positions in the Officer's Wives Clubs and other volunteer organizations in addition to being a supportive wife during her husband's military and civilian careers. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. The Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at French ~ Wyoming Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Annunciation Church on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 8:30 a.m., followed by burial at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
