Della Mae Leach, 84, was born September 5, 1924 in Fairfield, Washington and passed away July 14, 2009 in Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her husband Lester Wayne Leach. She will be remembered by daughter Diane Padilla and her husband Al of Albuquerque, daughter Barbara Leach and granddaughter Jesica Leach of Albuquerque. Son Gary and wife Lydia of Hurst, Texas. Grandson Wayne Leach of Albuquerque. Grandson Robert Stewart and granddaughter Heather Stewart of Hurst, Texas. Della was a longtime member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church where she was involved with the Friend's of Christ Sunday School Class, the Nursing Home Auxiliary, and the Ruth's Women's Circle. A Memorial Service will be held July 18, 2009, at 4 p.m., at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 9500 Constitution Ave, Albuquerque, NM 87112, Reverend Terry Anderson officiating. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Interment on Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 9:30 a.m., at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 North Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501.
