William (Bill or Billy) Eugene Strother, 69, born April 9, 1940 Passed away July 4, 2009. He was preceded in death by his mother, Emily Strother Randles; brothers, Richard and Michael Strother. He is survived by his wife, Diane; son, Kevin; two daughters, Debbie and Candace; one sister, Josephine Randles Strother. One grandchild; and several relatives and friends.
