John L. Maw, 69, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on July 5, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Martha Maw; son, Charles Maw and wife Erin, daughter, Christina Maw; grandchildren, Charles John (CJ) and Harley Maw; brothers, Carl Maw and wife Gayle and Kent Maw and wife Wanda; mother-in-law Arvilla Poindexter; and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Maw and Florence Heninger; brothers, Robert Maw and Neal Maw. John retired from the Air Force and was a 100% disabled veteran. John loved his family and his friends. Services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at French Westside Chapel located at 9300 Golf Course Rd NW. Family and friends may visit on Thursday, July 9, 2009 from 5-7 p.m. at French Westside Chapel.
