Samuel C. Frantz, age 91, of Albuquerque, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Sam was born in Clinton, IN. He honorably served his country in the Army-Air Corps during WWII in the Pacific Theatre of Command. Sam moved to Albuquerque in 1957 where he met and married Kay in 1961. He enjoyed retirement, traveling with his wife, and became a grandfather at the age of 77. Sam will always be remembered as a "good and faithful servant of the Lord". He is survived by his wife, Kay; sons, Sam Jr. and wife Laura, Robert and wife Marlene; daughter, Crystal; grandchildren, Chad, Natalie, Kiersten, Jacob, and Matthew; brother, Carl and wife Mary Jane. A reception celebrating Sam's life will be held Monday, July 6, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at French Mortuary Westside Location.
