Henry Sanchez, also known by his family and friends as Freddy, 67, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, June 20, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mary Sally Sanchez; daughters, Deann Fafrak, husband, Jim; Tina Stuckman, husband, William; son, Fred Sanchez, wife, Eileen; his grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Michelle, Tatiana, JJ, Jack, Andrew, Jahqwah, Leeondra, Alec and Sierra; sister, Dorothy Sierra, husband, John, brother, Bonifacio Sanchez, wife Alice; sisters-in-law, Rachael De La O, husband, Roger, Grace Van Caster, husband Bob, Betty Sutton, husband Bill, Susie Tickerhoof, husband, John, Peggy O'Neil and many nephews, nieces, neighbors and friends whom he loved and adored. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Marcos and Salomon; sister, Virginia; parents, Edwardo and Rose Sanchez, Alfred and Julia Lopez and brother-in-law, Pablo Lopez. Freddy served in the US Army and was a member of the National Guard. He retired from the City of Albuquerque after 20 years as a Sun Tran Bus Driver. To our loving father, grandpa, and loving husband, we love you and will miss you dearly, especially your sense of humor. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, 7:00 p.m., French Mortuary, Westside location, friends may visit one hour prior to the Rosary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, June 25, 2009, 10:00 a.m., St. Jude Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m., Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Alec Sanchez, Brian Van Caster, Robert De La O, Fred Sanchez, Jim Fafrak and William Stuckman will serve as pallbearers with Jack Stuckman and Andrew Stuckman as Honorary Pallbearers.
