Frankie Ray Alderete, born December 20, 1961 to Kathy Benavidez and Elfigo Alderete Jr. passed away, Thursday, June 18, 2009. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Alderete; and his grandparents, Pat and Emma Benavidez. Frankie is survived by his daughters, Felisha Livesay and husband, Michael, Andrea Chavez and husband, Luis, and Monique Griego; son, Frankie Martinez; two grandsons, Sean and Luis Atilano Chavez, II; mother, Kathy Joy Vialpando and husband, Sal; Elfigo Alderete Jr. and wife, Ernistine; siblings, Al Alderete and wife, Martha, Annette Shanahan and husband, Billy, Marlene Dewyer and husband, Dale, Eileen Ramos and husband, Derrick, Angel Rodriguez and husband, Ronnie; and many nephews, nieces, and friends that will miss him very much. Services will be held at New Beginnings Church, 3601 Montgomery Blvd NE, corner of Montgomery and Carlisle on Monday, June 22, 2009. A Viewing will take place from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and a Prayer Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will take place on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. also at New Beginnings Church.
