Lisa Chavez Lucero, 38, a resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on June 13, 2009 with her loving family by her side. Lisa is survived by her two children, Mark Lucero Jr., and Alexandra Lucero; her parents, Archie Valdez and Helen Chavez; sister, Bernadette Romero and husband, Paul Romero; nephew, Patrick Romero; niece, Meranda Romero, grandmother, Betty Cordova; and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, June 18, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Gabaldon Mortuary in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW, with a Prayer Service to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Friday, June 19, 2009 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Funeral Service to be held at 11:00 a.m., Pastor Rogelio Robles, presider. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Patrick Romero, Antonio Cordova, Nathaniel Baca, Tommy Cordova Jr., Jose Parra, and Frank Cordova.
