Troy Scott Schroeder, aka, The Wolf Slayer, born March 16, 1967 in Amarillo, TX, passed away, Friday, May 22, 2009 in Albuquerque, NM. Scott is survived by his son Jacob Schroeder; his parents David and Charlene Schroeder; his sister Carrie Stansbery, her husband Daniel, their daughters, RaeLeigh and Charlie; his soul mate Ann Beddingfield and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Scott spent his life with concern and in support of others. He had the unique ability to bring the very best out in everyone he met. Scott's final act of selflessness was to comfort many of his friends and his family during the last two weeks of his life. We will have a celebration of Scott's life. Time and place will be announced. Scott and his family want to extend a special Thank You to the UNM Cancer Research and Treatment Center and to UNM Hospital for the incredible care and support he received.
