Antonia Urias, age 81, a resident of Los Lunas, NM, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2009. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, in Peralta, NM. Antonia devoted her life to her family. She always brought a smile to the face of anyone she met. She loved spending time with her best friend, Babe. Mom's wonderful sense of humor and playfulness will be missed by all who loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, David Urias; two sons, Juan and Ruben Urias; her parents, Eliseo and Carolina Lucero Moya; sister, Eloisa Gurule; and two brothers, Foy and Quirino Moya. Antonia is survived by her loving children, Marcy Prudencio, Henry Urias and wife, Lee, Pres Urias and Dorothy, Irene Chavez and husband, A.T., David Urias, Jr. and wife, Hazel, Edward Urias and wife, Sandra, Christina Garcia, Luis Urias and wife, Lisa and Carolyn Sanchez and husband, Lawrence; 20 loving grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Stella Aragon and husband Trancito and Carmen Martinez; and two brothers, Claudio Moya and wife, Nora; and Jesus Moya. All services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, beginning with a public viewing, on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. and a rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. A final visitation will be held on Friday, April 24, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Valencia Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, A.T. Chavez, Keith Sanchez, Jason, Marcus, Gabriel and Jerome Urias. Honorary pallbearers will be Krystle Urias, Jacklynn Sanchez and Nikki Hathoot.
