Robert "Bob" Quezada, also known at POPS, 56, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, born and raised in Anthony, NM was embraced in God's arms April 9, 2009 after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Quezada; his children, Robert, Anabel, Felipe, Kaleina, Vanessa & Dana; grandchildren, Josh, James, Alyssa; and his special friend Brodie. He is also survived by his parents, Ramon and Lupe Quezada, eight brothers and sisters, Tony Quesada, Ray Quezada & wife Rosa, Sammy Quezada and wife Gloria, Ricky Quezada, Leti Uranga and husband Richard, Irma Buchberg and husband Albert, Olga Galindo and husband Danny and Mary Jauregui and husband Lorenzo; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Pops loved the outdoors especially fishing at Isleta Lakes. He was never too busy to help his children or anyone in need. Pops loved to cook for his family. He loved to be with his children, family, and grandchildren and was looking forward to meeting his first granddaughter. Robert Quezada was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday, April 14, 2009, 6:30 p.m. at French, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Services will follow Wednesday, April 15, 2009, 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow.
