BILLY 4-12-39 TO 1-7-2000 Dear Daddy, Well, it's hard to believe we would have been planning a great big party for your 70th Birthday! I'm sure you would have really appreciated that, considering how you always liked being the center of attention! I've been thinking about our lives with you so much lately - living in Texas, in New York, jumping the buildings (thanks to Mama)! The subways, Central Park, Coney Island, even Far Rock Away. Colorado when we told you we knew how to ride 2 wheeler bikes and we couldn't! California and the beaches, but our favorite place is here in Albuquerque. Remembering so many things...playing hide-n-seek with Dominic & you were hiding for an hour because Dom decided to watch cartoons! You told him you weren't going to play with him anymore! I think you were both about 5 years old! Blow drying your hair-you kind of looked like Don King! So many things from Texas to 2000 I remember. Thank you for giving me such good memories. You and Mama are the best in the world. I love you so much and our hearts are never going to mend. I'm all grown up, but I still need you. I'm really, really sorry I couldn't help you on that terrible night when our lives changed forever. I should have given you my heart cuz it's broken now anyway. Thank you and Mama again for being so great to all of us. Okay, no more rambling! Have a beautiful day in Heaven today, watch over us and always know how much we Love you and miss you, Daddy! I LOVE you! Mary, Angel & family, Dominic and family, Jenny and Family. P.S. Maybe you can celebrate with Archie Bunker and Ralph Kramden.
