Shirley Doll, 83, a resident of Albuquerque for 53 years, arrived in Heaven on Wednesday, March 25, 2009. She is survived by her children, Mike and wife, Anna, Jeff, Gary, and Robin and husband, Steve; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Sandy and husband, Jim; and other relatives and friends. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Rod, in 2003. She was born in Davenport, Iowa and it was there that she met and married Rod. They owned and operated New Mexico Driving School. Shirley was a loving mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of her life will be held at French Mortuary, Westside Location, Sunday, April 5, 2009, 3:00 p.m. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to Watermelon Mountain Ranch, 1512 Deborah Rd.
