Frances Leon Quintana A Memorial Service will be held for Frances Leon Quintana at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church at 5301 Ponderosa Ave, NE. Services will begin at 3 p.m. on April 18, 2009. A poster session of her life will be presented from 2:30-5:00 p.m. in the foyer. A light meal will be served at the reception following the service.
