Alice J. Baca, age 92, a life-long resident of Belen, NM, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2009. She was a member of Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elias Leo Baca in 1989; and daughter, Loretta Louise Baca in 1992. Alice is survived by her loving daughter, Lucille Sais and husband, David Lloyd Sais; loving son, Leo Baca and wife, Marie; eight grandchildren, Shamarie Sais and husband, Jeffery Hebert, David Sais and wife, Clara, Darby Sais, Bryan, Robert and Steven Baca and Mark and Kellen Storey; and three great-grandchildren, Everett Herbert and Kathryn and Jacob Sais. A viewing will be held at Romero Funeral Home Chapel, on Monday, March 23, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. A final visitation will be held at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens.
