Ruby Tangman, 78, resident of Albuquerque, is at home with our Lord. She passed away at her house Tuesday, March 17, 2009. She is survived by her beloved companion, Robert Brown; three brothers, Fred Valdez and wife, Alene, Agustin Valdez and wife, Nellie, Tom Valdez and wife, Josie; two sisters, Theresa Lucero, and Rosellen Vasquez and husband, Eufelio; one sister-in-law, Mabel Valdez; many nephews and nieces; cousins; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Agustin and Roberta Valdez; her brother, Nelson Valdez; and brother-in-law, Mike Lucero. Ruby was born in Embudo, NM. She was the rock of her family. Friends and family may visit French Mortuary, University Chapel, Friday, March 20, 2009, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Rosary will be recited Saturday, March 21, 2009, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 4020 Lomas NE.
