Theresa E. Benavidez went home to be with the Lord whom she loved the most in life on Wednesday March 11th 2009. Theresa E. Benavidez "Ofilia" is survived by her parents Guillermo and Angelita M. Benavidez; sisters Christina and Joann Benavidez; son Elias and wife Angelica Contreras; daughter Angie and husband Eric Gutierrez; daughter Alicia and husband Moses Mitchell. Theresa is also survived by her grandchildren, Candi, Miliah, Anna, Lexy, and Jesse. Theresa put her family before everything else, she taught her children love, compassion and forgivness, with the same values being taught to her grandchildren. Services will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2009, 6:00pm at Iglesia Christiana Monte De Sion Church, 1001 Barelas Rd SW.
