Steven Andrew Koran, 49, died, Monday, March 2, 2009, in Fort Worth. Graveside service Will be held this week in Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, N.M. Memorials In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Heart Association. Steve was born Nov. 22, 1959, in Albuquerque, N.M. He was the youngest of three brothers, with two younger sisters. He attended high school at the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, N.M. Steve served in the U.S. Navy from 1980 to 1984. He worked in private aviation maintenance and commercial construction in Texas and Florida. Steve was preceded in death by his parents, George T. Koran Sr. and Mary C. Koran of Albuquerque, N.M. Survivors, his daughter, Erica Leos; grandsons, Thomas Braden Hill and Joshua Tristan Hill of Roswell, N.M.; brother, George Koran and sister-in-law.
