Michael Brett, 48, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died February, 22, 2009. He is survived by one sister, LouAnn Johnson of Albuquerque and a daughter Audrey Michelle Johnson of Las Cruces, NM, as well as many friends and relatives. Mike was preceded in death by his parents Dallas and Betty Johnson of Albuquerque. Mike was known for his quick wit, love for music, animals and his favorite game chess. He had overcome many obstacles in the last year. He was loved by many and will be missed. A Service will be held for Mike at St. Johns Episcopal Church, 318 Silver SW, Albuquerque on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 10:30. Following will be a potluck celebration in Mike's honor at the Desert Club, 4305 Mesa Grande Pl SE, Albuquerque, at 1:30.
