Cordelia Lily Sandoval Lily Martinez, 89, was born on September 18, 1919, in Albuquerque, and passed away February 19, 2009, in Denver, Colorado. Lily was preceded in death by her parents Benedicto Sandoval Sr. and Petrita Duran Sandoval, her husband, Luther Frank Martinez Sr. ; her sons Luther F. Martinez Jr. and Lawrence Martinez. She is survived by sons, Lavern (Francie) Martinez , LeRoy (Ines) Martinez and Lemuel Martinez; daughter Linda (Robert) Alvarado; sisters Alice Wright and Alvina Cisneros and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sandoval and Martinez Family Memorial Service, Thursday, 7:00 p.m. at Second Spanish Presbyterian Church, 812 Edith Blvd. NE. Funeral Service Friday, February 27, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Hoffmantown Church, 8888 Harper Dr. NE. Interment, Santa Fe National Cemetery.
