Adela Torres, 97, of Peralta, New Mexico, passed away in Albuquerque on Tuesday, February 3, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings. the most recent being her brother Abel Torres. She is survived by her niece Rose; and her cousin Mary Lou Maestas. Adela was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Peralta, NM, where her Services will be held. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, February 5, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery.
