Charlotte Jarrard born on November 19, 1935, passed away on February 2, 2009. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Mattie Collier Jarrard; sisters, Marguerite Russell, Eloise Gee, Lorene Sowell, and Loretta Henderson. She is survived by her daughter Toni Ivory Stone and husband James W. Stone of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; granddaughter, Kristin Cates of Belen, New Mexico; brothers Fred A. Jarrard, Jr. of Palestine, Texas, Robert L. Jarrard of The Woodlands, Texas; and sisters, Molly Ficken of Austin, Texas, Lois Fuiten of Palestine, Texas, Iva Lene Goodman of Wimberly, Texas, Linny Gurganus of Tyler, Texas; many nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed. Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 7, 2009 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
