Obituary for STOCKHOFF

Clifford A. Stockhoff of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2009 just 17 days from his 94th birthday. Born in Jersey City, NJ in 1915, Cliff graduated from Stephens Institute of Technology. Upon moving west, he met and married his wife of 66 years, Sybil Taylor Stockhoff. He also served as a Lt. Commander in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific during World War II. Cliff was a Vice President with the Southern Union Gas Company, having been employed there over 20 years. He was also an active member and teacher of the Friendly Bible Class at Central United Methodist Church for many years. Cliff is survived by his wife, Sybil; son and daughter-in-law, Cy and Jan; and two grandchildren, Maren and Paul. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sue Stockhoff McMahan.
