Peter M. Baratta, 86, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2009 in Rio Rancho, NM. He was born March 17, 1922 in Omaha, NE, to his parents Angelo and Donata Baratta who preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Baratta; two brothers, Tony Baratta and Carl Baratta, and three nephews, David Baratta, Joe Baratta, and Ronnie Baratta. A Visitation will be held Sunday, February 1, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 2400 Southern Blvd SE, Rio Rancho, NM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, February 2, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church 1502 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM.
