Merle Curren Ross "Pearlie" ,74, entered into rest on January 4, 2009. She was born in Fair Haven, VT on July 11, 1934. Merle proudly served five years in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. Merle is survived by her daughter Tamara L. Ross of Albuquerque, NM; sister Elaine Sommo of Glenns Falls, NY; and sister Rita Tommany of Mars, PA. In celebration of Merle's life, a Memorial Service will be held on January 23, 2009 at 1:00 p.m., in the Chapel at Encino Gardens located at 412 Alvarado SE, ABQ, NM.
