Ruth K. Wasmund, July 28, 1915 to January 5, 2009. Ruth was the daughter of Alvin and Hattie Kurth; the wife of Edward L. Wasmund. She is survived by her son James; daughter Sandi; three nieces; seven nephews; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. A member of Redeemer Luthern Church since 1953, she was active in the choir, several service organizations, the church council, as well as civic organization. A Memorial Service will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 210 Alvarado Dr., S.E. on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 4 p.m.
