Patricia McEneely, 74, a resident of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2009. Patricia was born November 6, 1934 the daughter of George and Grace Snyder O'Conner in Chicago, Illinois. Patricia was very active in various Church activities and organizations including Catholic Daughters Auxiliary, Knights of Columbus Lady's auxiliary (Past President), Alter and Rosary, Felician Sisters, Rector and Homebound Eucharistic Ministry. She was also a Past President of Twice as Nice Twins Club in park Ridge, IL and served on the organization of Mothers of Twins clubs for ten years in various capacities. She was a loving elder sister of Phyllis LaPolla, George O'Conner, the late Thomas O'Conner and the late James O'Conner. She was a dear near daughter to Richard and Jodie May. She survived three husbands, Robert Gillespie, Dennis McCarthy, and Bernard McEneely. A mother of nine, including three sets of twins, she will be missed by all her children, Mary McCarthy, Maureen Maple, Jeanne Schofield, Jim Gillespie, John McCarthy, Denise Woods, Michael McEneely, and Martin McEneely; 22 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; near brother, Richard May and a world of friends. The Visitation for Patricia will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2009 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. with the Rosary being recited at 4:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 12, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho.
